You will have to carry out the steps of packaging products from internal and external manufacturing. Tasks & responsibilities :
Apply and ensure compliance with employee safety rules on the lines, with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and effective proceduresPass the visual inspection qualification (initial qualification and annual requalification)Perform visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials and pre-filled syringesParticipate in the implementation, SAT / FAT and engineering testing / validation of new visual inspection and packaging machines.Perform the assembly, adjustments and disassembly of all the machines in the packaging department.Operate the visual inspection and packaging machines and work at each station of the packaging lineAccurately complete the documentation relating to packaging (room and equipment logbooks, inspection and packaging batch records, status labels, printing reports, etc.)Perform in-process tests on the packaging line and document in visual inspection and packaging batch recordsClean equipment, production areas and transfer binsCarry out certain mechanical maintenance workMaintain work areas clean, tidy and safe at all timesSupport the supervisor, as part of a new project, to establish the configuration of equipment and work tools, to develop work instructions and provide training.Participate in the qualification and requalification of visual inspection machines.Perform, at the request of his superior, any other task related to his job.Environnement d’usine / Work in a manufacturing environmentRequiert de porter des équipements de protection en tout temps / Required to wear protection equipment at all timesTravail en position debout / Work in a standing positionManipulation de charges allant jusqu’à 20 KG / Handles weights of up to 20kgSkills, Knowledge and Abilities :
