Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence.
Data Entry & Management : Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Communication : Act as a liaison between clients, team members, and external partners.
Research : Conduct online research on various topics, providing concise and accurate summaries.
Document Preparation : Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports.
Task Management : Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Customer Service : Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Social Media Management : Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and monitoring (if applicable).
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
