Job Role :
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Shopify Plus and e-commerce to lead and deliver high-impact projects for our global enterprise clients. This strategic role involves orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to design and execute tailored solutions while ensuring successful project outcomes and client success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Shopify Plus projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align project deliverables with client goals.
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation during the planning phase.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Maintain continuous client communication, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine project results.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration, driving excellence in project execution across solutioning, design, development, and QA.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in senior project management, particularly in e-commerce and digital commerce projects.Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices.Experienced in handling multiple large replatforming projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess.Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting.Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous.Experience with ERP’s, Accounting Systems and other business systems is a plus.You live in the Vancouver area, and you’re able to work on-site in our Vancouver office (hybrid arrangement)Benefits :
