Summary
The person in this position has the main responsibility of supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Billing of revenues
- Cash receipts
- Collections
- Complete accounts payable cycle
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and backlogs with the purchasing department
- Bank reconciliation
- Support for the payroll team
- Assist the accounting department at month-end
- Participation in the annual audit
- Any other related tasks
