YOUR MISSION

Accounting operations

Support technicians in the recording of transactions related to receivables and payables cycles in accordance with internal control procedures established by management;

Investigate discrepancies, coordinate correction transactions, review processes with a simplification and solution-oriented approach;

Perform reconciliation and monthly closing of certain supplier accounts, customer accounts, and certain general ledger accounts;

Carry out month-end procedures related to intercompany transactions, period-end allocations, and all other tasks required as part of a period-end closing;

Perform control of inventory receipts and monitor transactions related to inventory;

Strategic Support

Strategic Support

Participate in the preparation of the annual audit;

Participate in the development and improvement of practices, methods, and processes in a manufacturing context;

Perform any other related tasks or relevant activities in this sector, depending on business developments and/or the emergence of new priorities.

YOUR DNA

DEC or BAC in accounting;

More than 5–10 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an SME and in a manufacturing context;

Accounting designation CPA-CA or CPA-CGA (an asset);

Proficiency in spoken and written French, functional English;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and mastery of Excel;

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset);

Organization, good priority management and multitasking;

Autonomy, initiative, collaboration and team spirit;

Integrity, rigor, discretion and concern for confidentiality
