En proposant des solutions simples et accessibles, Re-uz® a pour vocation d'accompagner le plus grand nombre vers un mode de consommation plus durable avec l’adoption d’un nouveau réflexe : le réemploi.

Re-uz deploys our activities dedicated to the production, rental, sale, as well as collection, sorting and washing of reusable containers, notably Ecocup®, in Europe and Canada.

Winner of several innovation awards, Re-uz (and in particular Ecocup® by Re-uz) has historically dedicated itself to musical, cultural and sporting events (notably the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Stade de France, international tours).

Our business is diversifying into other segments, notably commercial and institutional catering, where reusable solutions and associated services (collection, sorting and washing) are also offered.

Following a Job creation , we are looking for a  Business Development Manager (H / F) who will report to the Country Manager.

Main duties :

  • Discover new opportunities : Proactively identify and attract new clients, including businesses, event organizers, and communication agencies.
  • Build meaningful partnerships : Negotiate and foster strong relationships with key players in the events, festivals, and branding industries.
  • Deliver exceptional client care : Provide outstanding follow-ups to retain partners, ensure satisfaction, and drive long-term collaboration.
  • Be the face of Re-uz : Represent our brand and vision at trade shows, events, and professional meetings.
  • Stay ahead of the game : Monitor market trends to identify and seize strategic opportunities.
  • Create impactful content : Contribute to the development of catalogs, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our products effectively.

What we’re looking for :

  • B2B sales experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English : Essential for managing relationships with our Canadian and U.S. clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills : You excel at building connections and inspiring trust.
  • Driven and competitive mindset : Achieving (and surpassing) targets is second nature to you.
  • Autonomy and collaboration : You’re proactive, independent, and thrive within an international team setting.
  • Mobility : A valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional travel are required.
  • Technical know-how : Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; a background in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
