About The Controller
The Controller will play a critical role in establishing and leading LDCellular’s financial operations, ensuring the company has accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision‑making. As a newly created position, this role offers the opportunity to build from the ground up, designing and implementing the financial systems, processes, and controls needed to support the company’s continued growth.
Working closely with ownership and external advisors, including MNP and financial institutions, the Controller will take a hands‑on approach to structuring the company’s financial foundation. This includes developing reporting frameworks, improving visibility into performance and profitability, and ensuring that financial practices align with the company’s evolving operational needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and enjoy creating clarity and structure within a growing organization. Success in this role will also depend on building strong relationships across the business with the owner, operations team, external partners, and banking contacts to establish trust, enhance collaboration, and enable informed decision‑making.
