Program Overview

Through our Withdrawal Management Program we provide a safe environment for clients as they experience withdrawal symptoms, ensuring a calm, respectful and supportive setting as clients undertake the difficult work of moving forward in their recovery journeys.

As part of a multi‑disciplinary team you will support clients in a short‑term residential setting by providing crisis management and encouragement while ensuring a calm and respectful environment for all.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly Rate – Starting at $27.14 per hour (Level 1 – Direct Service). Regulations provide a wage differential up to $30.01 per hour for Level 1 – Direct Service, Regulated.
• Hours – 28 hours over a two‑week period; afternoon / evening / weekend shifts; 30‑minute meal break.
• Benefits – 9% in lieu of benefits.
• Pension Plan – Immediately eligible for optional enrolment in the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).

We require a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Applicants residing in the City of London should apply for a PVSC as soon as possible.
