Culinary Supervisor - Quick Service

POSITION SUMMARY

As part of our Hospitality Culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring an elevated and seamless preparation of food for our guests, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity. You will take ownership of a specific food station, while cooperating with and assisting fellow culinary colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes :

• Responsible for an assigned station in the kitchen
• Assisting Sous Chef’s by providing support to culinary staff
• Working and training in the kitchen environment
• Responsible for food and kitchen safety with a focus on food preparation standards
• Leading a team of Quick Service Cooks
• Other duties may be assigned as required
