Sr. Technical Writer to manage Policies, Procedures, and Forms for Treasury Payments Solutions (TPS) LOB of our large banking client -

Location : Downtown Toronto (hybrid)

Duration : 12 months (possibility of extension)

Job Description :

This role is accountable for managing TPS Product Policies, Procedures and Forms including customer agreements and required disclosures.

The role is responsible for updating, publishing and maintaining product policies, procedures and forms working with TPS Product Managers, the bank's Corporate Policies and Procedures team (Corporate P&P) and business, operations, risk and compliance partners across the Enterprise where required.

The role effectively achieves this mandate by applying excellent organization and documentation skills, sound business judgment and strong customer (internal and external) focus with a collaborative mindset and approach.

The individual works closely with TPS Product teams (Deposits, Payables, Receivables) and other partners in TPS including Client Service & Implementation, Change Management and Risk & Compliance.

Building effective relationships and collaborating is also required with Corporate P&P and various stakeholders across the business and corporate functions in the execution of this mandate.

Must Have Skills :

  • 5+ years experience distilling technical and complex information into easy-to-understand policies and procedures .
  • Strong business and documentation fundamentals including understanding process design and efficiency.
  • Project & Process coordination and management experience
  • Banking / Financial Industry experience
  • Business degree or equivalent. A degree or post-graduate diploma in communications, journalism, English, or related discipline
