Our Vancouver office is looking to strategically add a mid-level associate with skills in corporate, M&A and securities to our dynamic and collegial business practice.
Our Vancouver office handles projects and transactions in areas that are key to Canada's economic growth, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate, forestry, the maritime industry and mining. Our lawyers and over staff act for international, national and local businesses, entrepreneurs and business owners, private equity funds, financial institutions, and the government.
Associates within our highly-regarded corporate, M&A and securities team have the opportunity (if desired) to work across these complimentary practice areas, allowing them to maintain a diverse practice, develop a broad skillset and gain experience in different industries. Our corporate, M&A and securities team meets regularly, providing opportunities for ongoing professional development, mentorship and business development training within a collegial setting. In addition, associates may have the opportunity to complete secondments to clients or other Norton Rose Fulbright offices globally, as our business needs allow.
