Our client is seeking an experienced sales leader to join their team as Director of Sales. In this role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive and execute the organization's strategic sales plan. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to support business development initiatives and accelerate market growth.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Effectively lead the execution of the corporate sales strategy, providing support to each branch in meeting goals for revenue, sales, and profitability.
- Lead and manage the Sales team driving a culture of high performance, accountability and meeting corporate sales goals.
- Identify and engage in opportunities that offer new growth opportunities for the business.
- Review branch and team sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and other industry partners.
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with corporate objectives.
- Establish metrics as required to measure business performance and recommendations to address forecasting and performance gaps.
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to allow the organization to effectively respond to changes in industry and market.
Key Qualifications Include :
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a sales management role with a proven track record of leading and developing a strong sales team.Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue targets that drive business growth.Previous sales experience in selling technical-based services, products and solutions to large oil and gas and infrastructure clients.Keen eye for identifying opportunities for market share growth, utilizing established sales processes methodologies and industry trends.Confident communicator with the ability to effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders.Ability to travel to client sites as required.We thank all applicants for their interest in the above position.
