Remote Inbound Sales Representative (Saskatchewan)

We’re looking for  Sales Representatives  to support our clients’ sales programs while also assisting with inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office operations. You’ll represent some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping customers find the right solutions and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Use your training and product knowledge to answer questions and recommend suitable products and services.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
• Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using company systems.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Protect customer privacy by handling confidential information responsibly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
• Stay current by attending training sessions and reviewing updated materials.
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your work schedule.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
