Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nisku, AB, for a Structural Fabrication Project Manager. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of structural fabrication projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, as well as solving project challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating teams.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication, and understanding of relevant processes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge in compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and risk management.
• Technical expertise in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience managing large industrial or commercial fabrication projects is an asset.
