We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Outside Parts & Service Sales Representatives (PSSR) in the GTA to join an award-winning heavy equipment parts, service, and repair organization that has been in business for over 75 years.

The Heavy Equipment Parts and Service Sales Rep will manage and support all direct businesses and customers with their aftermarket sales and services and actively pursue new business opportunities in the construction, forestry, agriculture, and mining equipment industry. Some of your specific duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Partner with customers to ensuring their equipment are operating as profitably and efficiently as possible, from measuring an undercarriage, selecting appropriate replacement parts for the machine, advising on various rebuilds where appropriate (i.e. hydraulic pump, engine, bucket, etc.), advise on best work tools to increase efficiency
  • Site visits to new and existing customers to see their equipment in operations and perform machine evaluations
  • Identify sales opportunities based upon gaps in product line and create action plans to close the gap
  • Proactively pursue sales opportunities for aftermarket products and services.
  • Liaise with the Parts, Sales, and Service Departments and coordinate with customers for all recommended aftermarket parts and service
  • Other related duties

    • JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales experience in a similar role from the Heavy Equipment or Truck industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of a wide range of applications of construction, agriculture, forestry, and mining equipment, related parts, and material.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Excellent customer service skills and results driven
  • Large network of contacts in the industry
  • Valid G drivers license and clean driving record

    • All hired PSSR's must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving)

  • 85,.00 - $,.00 / year+++ GUARANTEED salary
