Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced business development Professional for the BECIS India Cooling Solutions business to lead the overall commercial development of Cooling as a Service portfolio. The position is based in Pune & requires you to travel to meet customers from time to time. This position reports to Director – Business Development & Operations and work in close relationship with the Engineering team and the Operations team, he / she will have the opportunity to be exposed to various challenging missions across countries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare the business development & marketing plan to expand cooling solutions in india
- Understand the global energy environment scenario, from both the commercial and technical point of view, and have a passion for Sustainability solutions
- Combines the technical, legal and administrative provisions necessary to answer tenders & leads
- Assists experts in developing complex offers from technical, financial and legal aspects
- Meet customers and contractors to support commercial effort and premium service quality, understand the contractual environment
- Develops and renewing the portfolio
- Organizes prospecting along the axes defined by the company
- Integrates local decision networks
- Conducts or leads the negotiations with the customer until the contract is signed
- Meet local business development and operational teams for the regionalization of standards and processes
- Collaborated with cross country BD teams & support every business opportunity within the group such as Solar & Bioenergy, battery solution & Biogas etc.
Key Skills / Competencies / Experience
Skills :
Have an understanding of IOT, machine monitoring and Building ManagementStrong ability in data analysis, advanced user of Excel is a must,Experience / exposure in industrial measurements related to Power Systems and HVAC,Experience in HVAC design is an advantageHave a good relational attitude and able to adapt to different cultures,Be open minded, agile, dynamic, flexible and open to new challenges,Ability to display and effectively communicate findings, and recommendations,Can collaborate with technical and non-technical team members alike,Fluency in English and few local Indian languages will be highly appreciatedExperience :
12-15 years of working experience in a sales, business development, marketing, feasibility / design experience around HVAC / chillersExperience in cooling business in India / SEAExperience in technical energy audit, preferably a certified Energy Auditor or CEMQualifications :
