Your Role in Supporting Our Community :

As a Database Administrator with Vancity Community Foundation you will administer and maintain our databases and related systems to ensure the accuracy security and accessibility of data across all programs and initiatives. You will manage and analyze data to support VCF and key stakeholders in making dataâinformed decisions lead qualitative and quantitative data collection and surveys and help bring impact stories to life through meaningful reporting. Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data in service of community and equityâcentred funding adjudication and fund dispersal processes and if youre a collaborative partner who can translate program needs into reliable userâfriendly data systems.

This is a Permanent Full-time position that reports to the Director Strategic Initiatives and is based out of 312 Main in Vancouver. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands. For this role we will only be considering applications from candidates based in Vancouver / Lower Mainland.

What Youll Earn :

The budgeted salary role is $85000 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
