We are a busy catering and craft services company serving film sets and events across the GTA. We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Food Truck Cleaning and Restocking Attendant to prepare our mobile kitchen for daily service.

The role is essential to keeping our food truck fully stocked, organized clean, and ready to operate. It requires someone responsible, organized, and able to follow detailed instruction with minimal supervision.

• Refill all dry goods, paper products, condiments, and expendables according to inventory lists
• Stock refrigerators and freezers with required products before each shift
• Follow specific brand sensitive stocking instructions (only coca-cola products if servicing a coca cola production)
• Follow detailed planograms and stocking guides to ensure the truck is organized correctly
• Rotate stock using First-In First-Out principles
• Remove menu items from the previous day
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all interior surfaces of the food truck
• Clean inside all refrigerators, freezers, cabinets and equipment
• Wash and polish interior and exterior windows
• Maintaining cleanliness of truck exterior (spray down)
• Ensure all equipment is wiped down, organized, and ready for use
• Follow company checklists and procedures
• Empty and properly dispose of grey-water
• Refill fresh water tanks used
