Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Proposals / Quotations Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Delta, BC facility and offers benefits from day one.

As a Proposals / Quotations Specialist , your primary responsibility is to support proposal requirements for medium‑sized, large, and complex projects within the Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS). This role contributes to the growth of key market areas, including Aftermarket services, Energy Transition initiatives, and turnkey Project Operations. You collaborate closely with the sales team, senior project managers, and regional managers throughout the front‑end sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the proposal stage through to project execution.

What You'll Do In This Role

• Support Sales and the EESS team, focusing primarily on the Delta, BC region while also assisting proposal requests from other Canadian locations.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for all assigned opportunities, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and competitive positioning.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93,000 - $117,000 per year. You are also eligible for overtime compensation.
