We’re looking for a detail-driven, organized, and reliable Deal Clerk to join our high-energy dealership team! In this essential role, you’ll ensure that every vehicle deal is processed with precision, speed, and compliance—supporting the sales and finance departments and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Posting deals: Accurately posting finalized vehicle sales deals New and Used into PBS.
• Reconciling and Cleaning: Reconcile and clean schedules that are related to deals. Correcting and identifying any posting errors.
• Verification and Compliance: To verify all documents that are required in the file, which include contracts, payoffs, and trade-ins, etc..
• Commission Verification: Confirm commissionable gross amounts on deals are correct and submitted to payroll for processing.
• Other accounting responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
• Minimum of - years working experience in an accounting function
• Currently pursuing a CPA designation is an asset but not required
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work in flexible hours
• Must be detail oriented
• Experience in an Automotive Dealership environment
  
• Experience with PBS is an asset
