Our client is seeking a Business Analyst - Financial Applications for their team. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Applications, the Business Analyst – Financial Applications plays a key role in supporting and optimizing financial systems. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Business Analyst will work hands-on with the ERP and other financial applications to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives that strengthen the organization’s financial systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate is a resourceful and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting ERP or financial systems in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will bring a strong understanding of core ERP-enabled business cycles—especially accounting, procurement, and accounts payable—and excel at translating business needs into clear technical and operational requirements. Known for your proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities, you collaborate seamlessly across teams and demonstrate sound judgment when evaluating new requests. Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality work are key to thriving in this role. Candidates with functional experience in ERP platforms such as IFS, D365, or SAP, along with a background in Finance or Accounting, will be well-positioned for success. This role requires a strong on-site presence, with employees expected to work from the office at least four days per week to support effective collaboration.
