With a renewed vision, refreshed brand direction, and major growth planned for weddings and private events in 2026 and beyond — we are now hiring an experienced Events Coordinator to join our hospitality leadership team.
The Role
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and private events, ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. This role will work closely with Sales, F&B, Rooms, Culinary, and Marketing to ensure our vision, standards, and guest experience are delivered consistently.
Wedding experience is required — this will be a major growth area for Sooke Harbour House for the coming year.
