Senior Content Developer

Overview

As a Senior Content Developer you will create engaging content that supports both documentation and training for Acumatica ERP. Your work will help Acumaticas partners and customers gain the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for designated functional areas of Acumatica ERP strictly adhering to corporate style guidelines and team processes. Keep documentation up to date with software releases. Revise legacy content to align with the current standards and best practices.
• Design and develop training courses and skill assessments to help various learner personas grow their product expertise. Keep training materials up to date with software releases.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify user scenarios and information gaps for both documentation and training materials.
• Assist in resolving learner issues related to documentation and training content providing timely and effective solutions and recommendations.
• Review UI labels and messages to ensure accuracy and consistency within designated functional areas.
• Continuously improve the teams standards processes and tools.
• Assume the rotating Doc Watcher role. Serve as an entry point for external communication for the team. Triage the incoming queue of product changes that require documentation. Maintain the teams working environment.
