JobDescription :
- Reception duties includingwelcoming clients managing incoming calls and supply inventorymanagement.
- Maintain files and records witheffective filing systems.
- Prepare outgoingmail faxes and packages.
- Maintaining thegeneral upkeep of the premises.
- Attend togeneral issues and fixing simple problems.
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complexissues.
- Maintain staff and companycalendars.
- Set appointments meetings andconference calls
- Reserve conference spaces formeetings
- Notify and remind all parties ofupcoming events lunches meetings etc.
- Reportany updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to the officemanager.
- Offer direction and support to theConsultant network and their team on policies procedures andavailable resources including offering training.
- Meeting room arrangement technology setup officeequipment maintenance and regular facilities review.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalentrequired.
- Associate’s degree inoffice administration management or related fieldpreferred.
- 2 years working in office admin orhospitality management preferred.
- Computerliterate and proficient using Microsoft Suite.
- Experience using office machinery (fax printer copierphone systems etc.)
- Excellent customer serviceskills.
