Quality Control (QC) Personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming materials inspections and document results.
• Conduct First Article Inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
• Create and maintain inspection sheets and product traceability documents.
• Support manufacturing processes with accurate and timely quality checks.
• Perform re-inspections on reworked or repaired items.
• Complete all required testing at assigned frequencies.
• Calibrate and maintain records of measuring and testing equipment.
• Control and track non-conforming materials at receiving, in-process, and final stages.
• Assist with disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate and uphold QC procedures.
• Maintain and control production drawings.
• Generate monthly QC summary reports.
• Enforce and maintain ISO standards; support continuous improvement of the ISO quality system.
• Maintain quality documentation and quality maintenance activities.
• Work with RealTrac to help maintain shop floor data accuracy, job tracking, and workflow visibility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned within the office or department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience and knowledge of QC inspection tools and equipment.
• Understanding of quality inspection processes and ISO standards.
• Experience with shop floor management software (e.g., Realtrac or JobBoss).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
