Project Manager

Manpower has partnered with a client in the Guelph area that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team!

What is the job?

• Plan, organize and direct pre, during and post construction activities
• Meet with estimating to take control of project after contract and estimates are finalized
• Understanding of site drawings, and being able to communicate changes with General Contractor
• Manage site safety at all times
• Prepare monthly and accurate billings for all resources used in previous month, and monitor labour costs
• Maintain a good working knowledge of trade unions, their agreements and stipulations
• Constant communication with GM, tradespeople and customer / vendors
• Other duties as required / assigned
