Front Store Manager - Full Time MacQuarries Pharmasave - Mahone Bay Location: Mahone Bay, NS Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays About the Role Mahone Bay Pharmasave is currently seeking an engaging and highly motivated Front Store Manager to join our dynamic team.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities - Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards - areas of focus for this role will include employee engagement and business growth - Provide a positive customer experience - Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards - Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner - Assist with cash handling and cashier duties when necessary - Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks - Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency Qualifications & Skills We’re looking for someone who is: - experienced in retail management and not afraid to use innovative methods. - Friendly, approachable, and has strong customer service background.
