About Us

TrustFlight is an innovative aviation software company that specializes in developing cutting-edge AI, digital workflow, and analytics applications for the aviation industry. Our software empowers many of the world’s airlines, business jet operators, MROs, training organizations, and aviation service providers to enhance safety, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency.

We are one of the largest independent software providers in aviation, trusted by more than 1,600 organizations in over 120 countries, including many of the world’s top operators.

Why Choose TrustFlight?

Our Mission: To revolutionize aviation by delivering digital workflow solutions that enhance safety, streamline operations, and inspire confidence across the industry.

Impact: Over 200,000 users rely on our systems every day for operational safety, compliance management, and mission-critical decision-making.

Core Values: Guided by integrity, responsibility, innovation, and excellence, we are committed to empowering our partners to operate with confidence.

Join TrustFlight: Shaping the future of Aviation Technology

Your Role

TrustFlight is entering a major new phase of growth—expanding our product ecosystem, investing in AI-driven capabilities, and scaling our global customer base. As our product suite grows in scope and complexity, we are hiring a Head of Product who will shape the next generation of aviation workflow technology and elevate the performance, processes, and discipline of our product organization.

As Head of Product, you will lead the Product function at TrustFlight and define the strategic direction for our entire SaaS portfolio. You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution across Centrik, Tech Log, SmartSuite, and our growing platform capabilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set the bar for product excellence, elevate our product processes, and coach a multi-disciplinary product organization to deliver world-class products for aviation customers worldwide.

A central part of this mandate is leading TrustFlight’s transformation into an AI-native company — both by embedding AI agents and tooling into how the product team works, and by defining the product vision for AI-powered capabilities that deliver step-change value for our customers. Our products sit on rich, structured aviation data; the next phase is building AI agents that unlock 10-100x the value from that data.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Strategic Product Vision

  • Set and execute the product vision and strategy across all SaaS products and platform services.

  • Define long-term product direction aligned with TrustFlight’s mission, growth goals, and customer needs.

  • Lead and inspire the Product Management and Product Design teams. Recruit, develop, and coach Product Managers and Designers to build a high-performing product organisation.

  • Implement best-in-class product practices.

  • Champion customer-centric decision-making.

Product Excellence & Delivery

  • Establish scalable product development processes and underlying product operations (requirements standards, documentation, analytics, and release readiness) to ensure predictable roadmap execution.

  • Drive clarity and alignment across product roadmaps.

  • Partner with Engineering to optimize delivery processes.

  • Embed quality and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle.

AI Strategy & Product Innovation

  • Define and execute the product vision for AI agents and AI-powered capabilities across the TrustFlight product suite.

  • Champion AI adoption across the product organisation — restructure how PMs work by embedding AI tooling into daily workflows, from research and discovery through to requirements, analysis, and deployment.

  • Stay at the forefront of AI tooling (coding assistants, AI agents, LLMs) and drive towards a product function where team members can deploy directly to production using AI-assisted development.

  • Identify and prioritise AI-driven opportunities that leverage TrustFlight’s unique aviation data to create differentiated, high-value capabilities for customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management.

  • Support go-to-market readiness.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, packaging, positioning, and commercial strategy.

  • Represent the product organization at the executive level.

Customer Value & Industry Impact

  • Engage with aviation organizations to understand their needs and build structured customer insight mechanisms (e.g., VOC programs, research cadences, advisory groups) to inform roadmap decisions.

  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of usability and performance.

  • Continuously enhance customer value, adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Metrics & KPIs

  • Roadmap Delivery Reliability

  • Requirements Quality

  • NRR

  • Product Adoption Metrics

  • Velocity & Throughput

  • Innovation Delivery

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 3 years leading PM teams or product organisations.

  • Experience owning product strategy at the portfolio level, ideally across multiple SaaS products or platforms.

  • Proven track record leading product in a SaaS company, ideally in the $10M+ ARR or during significant scale-up phases.

  • Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex B2B workflow products with high reliability expectations.

  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to establish product processes, delivery discipline, and cross-functional alignment in a scaling organisation.

  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, and user-centred design.

  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a strong point of view on how AI transforms product management. You should be personally using AI tooling in your daily work and have a vision for building AI-native product teams and AI-powered products.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior executives and building alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and industry stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, strong customer empathy, and a commitment to product quality.

  • Bonus: Experience operating in regulated industries, aviation, compliance-driven SaaS, or safety-critical workflows.

Location

This role will be based in London, UK or Vancouver Canada. This is an on-site role with room for flexibility, because we know life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 mould.

Why join us

  • See Your Impact: Your contributions directly enhance the safety and efficiency of aviation operations, affecting hundreds of thousands of passengers and crew every month.

  • Build and Create: Be part of an environment where you'll have the freedom to innovate, build, and create solutions that define the future of digital aviation.

  • Growth Opportunity: Join us at an inflection point where we’re building AI agents on top of aviation’s richest operational data, redefining what’s possible for our customers.

Also, we offer

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental benefits. Paid time off plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.

  • Invest in your future: Take advantage of our company contribution to pension/RRSP matching program to grow your savings while you work.

  • Professional Growth: As a fast-growing company, we offer incredible opportunities for career advancement and skill development.

  • Competitive salary range: We place huge importance on the contribution and experience you bring to the team. The base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job related knowledge, experience and internal equity.

Click Apply! Send us your resume, including a cover letter. Let us know how you can contribute to creating best-in-class tools and services throughout the aviation industry.

While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. No phone calls please.
