Engineer in Training (EIT)

We are looking to hire an Engineer in Training / Engineering Graduate for one of our mine sites in Timmins, Ontario on a full-time basis . The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs / day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs / day.

Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.

Job Responsibilities

As a n Engineer in Training / Engineering Graduate , you will follow a rotation through various engineering functions (on surface and underground) that may include :

• Surveying
• Ventilation
• Ground control
• Longhole planning
• Development design
• Scheduling and day-to-day tracking
• Short-term planning

The role may include time embedded with various underground production crews in order to understand mine production roles first hand.
