Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage candidates for healthcare roles (primarily RNs, PSWs, Technologists, etc.)

Manage full recruitment cycle : job posting, interviews, candidate management

Work closely with BeGlobal’s internal teams and employer partners

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Meet weekly / monthly placement targets

Requirements

1+ years of recruitment experience (Healthcare focus in Canada / USA preferred)

Proven success in permanent placements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

Familiarity with LMIA / PNP processes (an asset)

Compensation

This is a commission-based role . Payment is based on successful permanent placements only. No base salary.
