Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee all aspects of aircraft handling to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
- Coordinate Weight and Balance documentation with LHG Centralized Load Control
- Supervise ramp functions and service partners during loading / unloading processes
- Ensure proper cargo security, including luggage, mail, and cargo tie-downs
- Manage fueling, catering, cleaning, and passenger boarding / deboarding activities
- Conduct safety / load security checks and monitor performance during irregularities
- Implement new procedures and support process improvements
- Provide performance reports and document delays with reasons
- Motivate teams to maintain high standards and uphold Lufthansa’s core values
- Perform other tasks and / or projects, as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required1-3 years of work experience desirable in aircraft handling or knowledge of passenger handling and gate processesFluency in English language requiredGerman language skills desirableKnowledge of LHG specific or other airlinesKnowledge of airport procedures and processesSuccessful completion of Training in Aircraft Handling (including DCS systems)Valid ALS QualificationKnowledge of Emergency Response (SERP) planningKnowledge of passenger handling and gate processes preferredPC skills including all MS Office programsMust possess permit to work in CanadaAssessment screeningWillingness to travelMust possess a valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to travel to our remote stations upon agreeing with SMCV / Resume requiredCompany may provide relocation assistance
