Job descriptionOpportunity to support production and logistics operations directly Stable on-site role with consistent responsibilities Entry-level friendly with training provided Competitive hourly wage Work in a structured and safety-focused environment Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Prepare and package materials for shipment to ensure safe transport Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Support overall warehouse organization and efficiency High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 10-15 lbs or less No machine operation experience required CGP Clearance or TDG certification required Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada Experience in material handling or warehouse operations Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (asset) Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Adecco is currently hiring a Material Handler for a full-time, on-site opportunity with one of our clients located in Slemon Park.
In this role, you will report directly to the Materials Supervisor and play a key part in supporting production efficiency by ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and prepared for distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse or materials environment.
- Salary : $20 per hour
- Location : Slemon Park, P.E.I (On-site)
- Job Type : Full-time | Temporary
- Schedule : Monday - Friday
Important requirement :
CGP Clearance OR Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification is required.
