You will lead a virtual cross‑functional team to deliver industry-leading differentiated solutions that maintain our competitive edge in core and adjacent markets. Success will be measured against the virtual P&L performance of your business line. You will leverage your experience in military naval operational readiness training and operations, bringing a deep understanding of complex mission training environments and requirements for naval mission readiness. Partnership management with OEMs and key industry players is a must.

Our technology—including the Naval Combat System Simulator (NCSS) and advanced training methodology—empowers naval professionals to excel in disciplines such as anti‑air, anti‑surface and anti‑submarine warfare, constabulary roles and assistance to civilian missions such as search and rescue.
