Basic Function
Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager. Reporting to the Regional Manager Sales Energy, the Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for soliciting and gaining new lubricant sales while servicing existing accounts in the Northern Alberta geography. This position will focus on various commercial and industrial industries within the defined geographic sales territory. In addition, this role will have a strong focus on supporting and managing several key head office relationships located in their geography.
Job Duties
- Identify potential new large customers and develop appropriate account plans to acquire the business
- Service existing accounts with a high level of customer service
- Grow the share of business with existing customers
- Manage head office relationships to help grow their lubricants businesses
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
Experience
Business to business (B2B) sales experienceStrong technical experienceExperience within the lubricants or oil and gas industry is preferredSales experience within oil sands and major construction companies is preferredEducation Level
Post-secondary education required however, a combination of education and experience may be consideredBachelor’s degree preferredRequired Skills
