This involves aligning with HL7 FHIR standards and other terminology standards, ensuring compliance and organizational change management within the scope of Ontario Health's digital strategy.Mandatory Skills & Experience : 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, strategy, and large-scale IT business planning.5+ years of experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope for IT initiatives.Expertise in government / ministry standards and methodologies.Experience providing high-level project reporting to stakeholders and executive management.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage risks effectively.Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR, standards compliance, and interoperability projects.Experience in stakeholder management and knowledge transfer protocols.Preferred Skills & Experience : Knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).Familiarity with Information Management principles and policies.Expertise in interoperable digital health solutions, including EHR integration.Understanding of Canadian and international digital health standards.Experience managing public sector projects.Additional Information : The candidate must comply with Ontario Health's documentation, security, and collaboration guidelines.Knowledge transfer and documentation are critical deliverables.All Ontario Health equipment must remain within Ontario unless approved.Required Documents : Updated ResumeProof of relevant certifications (e.G., PMP).References from previous relevant projects.Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (if applicable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
