You are in control of your schedule

Your responsibilities will be :

  • Offer short-term counseling to a variety of clients with different personal difficulties, work-related or not;
  • Perform a client needs assessment and, together with them, set goals and establish a strategy to achieve them according to the terms of their EAP;
  • Adhere to our culture of continuous skills improvement and offer quality clinical services;
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of files using the clinical models provided.
  • Work remotely, either by telecounselling, videocounselling or face-to-face if you have a clinical office available

  • Required profile :

  • Masters in Psychoeducation
  • Member of ''l'Ordre des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec''
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience;
  • Ability to set realistic goals and use a solution-oriented approach;
  • Ability to manage crisis or high risk situations such as suicidal or homicidal risk, domestic violence, child protection, public protection;
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele and good knowledge of all community resources;
  • Exceptional sense of customer service, professionalism and respect for ethical principles;
  • Able to communicate in French;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) - an asset.
