Project Manager Senior Project Manager

• Lead project tasks across all phases: planning design procurement construction furniture installation and closeout.
• Develop project plans including scope objectives timelines and budgets; monitor compliance with financial and scheduling constraints.
• Coordinate stakeholdersclients consultants vendors and contractorsto ensure seamless collaboration.
• Organize and lead meetings document minutes and track action items to completion.
• Manage procurement: solicit quotations recommend and appoint consultants/contractors and oversee vendor orders.
• Ensure compliance with client documentation standards and control processes.
• Monitor and report progress including budget tracking schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Handle contract administration including MSAs change orders RFIs and shop drawings.
• Conduct site visits quality control checks and punch-list management during construction.
• Oversee project closeout including payment processing commissioning documentation and lessons learned workshops.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager with a strong record of managing large-scale complex projects from construction to completion
• Commercial real estate and public experience is required
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or a similar field
• PMP certification is highly desirable
• Proficient in MS Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint Project or P6 and other project management software.
• Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Good with numbers technology and web-based data platforms.
