Intermediate Project Manager
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a Intermediate Program Manager, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget to place at our client, a top Canadian Bank
Client : A top Canadian Bank
Terms : Contract 12 month
Location : Hybrid- 1 day a week downtown,
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize project management methodologies to drive projects forward, meeting or exceeding established timelines and milestones.
Tool Proficiency :
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.Proficient in using ServiceNow for tracking and managing project activities.Communication and Reporting :
Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to the project team and key stakeholders.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to create dashboards for project performance tracking.Extract and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the field of Containers as a Service.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to Have :
Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS).Experience with QA processes and methodologies.Personal Attributes :
