Remediation Technician

Water remediation - Inspection to determine affected areas. Remove standing water from affected areas. Remove affected building materials as required (baseboards, drywall, insulation, flooring).

Fire remediation - Removal of debris as required. Removal of fire/smoke damaged building materials. Cleaning of surfaces not being removed (lightly smoke damaged/non-porous material).

Dealing with customers (property management, superintendents, security, homeowners/tenants) Working in peoples homes.

Proper completion of paperwork (work orders, drying logs etc) Take pictures of affected work areas.

Disposal of garbage/debris from sites.

Cleaning of basic equipment.

8:30 am - 4:30pm with overtime as required.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

IICRC Certified Technicians preferred.

Use of hand and power tools.

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to write and speak English is must.
