The Clinical UCP Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care. What you bring : Current RN or RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and entitled to practice without restrictions* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse* Comprehensive patient health assessment skills are required* Possess an understanding of the principles of community nursing practice* Proven experience leading and managing a team* Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines is required* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills* Commitment to professional development in clinical practice that is relevant to home health care* Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills* Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation* Able to provide a current, clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)* C.N.A.
