- Under the supervision of the Plant Manager
- the Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination of production activities within their production unit. They oversee the production staff under their supervision and manage production operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards. They make necessary decisions to ensure smooth operations and manage various continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the department (management), optimization of production equipment, and workforce utilization.
- Monitor and participate in planning their area in collaboration with the logistics department based on customer demands and operational strategies.
- Support department personnel and request necessary resources.
- Supervise, guide, and empower production staff under their responsibility.
- Master molding and machining processes for bars and ensure products are manufactured in compliance with the quality system, within prescribed timelines, and according to customer requirements.
- Oversee the production of products in line with clients' technical specifications.
- Foster a positive work environment to help employees organize, structure, and implement quality system principles.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to achieve quality and production objectives.
- Manage and implement innovative ideas proposed by staff.
- Manage and assist in diagnosing molding technical issues and identifying solutions.
- Develop and maintain the preventive maintenance program to ensure consistent production
- Ensure the availability of necessary production tools.
- Implement and enforce procedures required for the manufacturing of medical implants.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor related to their field of expertise and knowledge.

Academic Background :College diploma (DEC) in Industrial Management Technology, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or any combination of equivalent training and experience.Minimum Experience :At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic molding is a significant asset.Specific Skills :Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.
