The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is a non‑profit organization that provides settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. Position Summary
The Accounting Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and bookkeeping services in order to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Central Administration & Finance Department. This position works closely with the Accounting & Payroll Administrator, Inter‑office Administrative Coordinator and other front desk support.
Qualifications / Requirements
This individual must have accounting knowledge, be proficient in Excel and prefer to have knowledge of the Sage accounting program, common payroll practices, analyzing information, general math and data entry skills. They will have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, thoroughness with attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, willingness to learn new applications and processes and the ability to prioritize projects. Works well in a team setting and autonomously little supervision and willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good of the organization and clients.

Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive employees and public contact and frequent interruptions. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM with a one hour unpaid lunch break and every second Friday or Monday off.
Salary Level / Classification
Professional Category 1 (PC1), $31.02 per hour, $54,440.59 annually.
Selected candidates will undergo a 40‑minutes computer test followed by an interview at the RODS office.
