Position Overview :

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the direction of our Engineering, Production, and Technician teams. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will be key in shaping our strategic vision and ensuring operational excellence. There is potential for expanding your leadership to be COO.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Engineering, Production, Project Management and Technician teams to ensure seamless operations in our Dorval office.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with company objectives.
  • Visit sites and oversee projects

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Solid background in electronics and a must-have engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams with a strong track record.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Very well organized
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and drive team performance.
  • A hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who takes charge and does not hide behind processes or blame others.
