Our client, Graybar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow the branch operations in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on developing business opportunities, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Branch Manager, you will have full accountability for branch performance—balancing sales growth, customer satisfaction, financial management, and employee development—while acting as a key ambassador of the company in the local market.

What You Bring
As the ideal candidate, you will bring a minimum of five years of relevant sales and operations experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and a degree in Business Administration or a related field. You have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting, with the ability to read, prepare, and manage financial statements. Experience in the electrical distribution industry and familiarity with S.X. Enterprises are considered strong assets. You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent prioritization, delegation, and time management skills.
As a leader, you motivate and inspire teams through clear expectations, regular feedback, and a commitment to developing employee skills. You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to cultivate customer loyalty, collaborate across teams, and drive consistent business results.
