Truefoam is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor - Power Engineer (4th class) at our Dartmouth location!

This role plays a critical role in maintaining safe efficient and uninterrupted plant operations. This position combines hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties overseeing utility systems and production floor activities. The successful candidate will supervise shift personnel manage utility systems and support manufacturing performance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Operations & Technical Duties

• Operate and monitor boilers air compressors chillers and steam distribution networks
• Conduct chemical testing and treatment of boiler feedwater and cooling systems
• Run manufacturing equipment support production as line lead and complete production records
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate operating logs inspection records and maintenance documentation
• Support outside contractors with machine repairs upgrades and installations
• Lead or assist with mold changeovers and preventive maintenance activities
• Identify and implement energy efficiency and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure all systems meet safety environmental and regulatory requirements
