Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies redundancies and opportunities for automation or AI implementation.
• Document business processes using standardized tools and frameworks (e.g. Visio).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear actionable process documentation.
• Design and propose workflow improvements incorporating AI tools where beneficial.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation across production crewing and administrative processes (scheduling timesheets expense tracking equipment management).
• Implement workflow automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve accuracy.
• Evaluate and recommend AI and automation technologies that align with business goals and integrate seamlessly into existing systems.
• Support implementation and change management ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.
• Monitor KPIs and process metrics to evaluate the impact of implemented changes and continuously drive improvement.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI automation and process management trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Critical Qualifications

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
