Job Description :
We're looking for a Sales Associate who will be responsible for selling our LED lighting solutions to retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for sustainable technology.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Engagement :
- Engage with retail store managers to understand their lighting needs.
- Present our LED lighting solutions effectively, highlighting their energy efficiency and cost-saving benefits.
2. Sales Strategy :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in LED lighting sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.
3. Product Knowledge :
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our LED lighting products and their advantages over traditional lighting solutions.
- Provide recommendations based on customer requirements and preferences.
4. Customer Support :
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for sustainability and energy-efficient technologies.
