At Davie, electricians don’t just wire—they electrify the future of Canada’s naval industry. Put your expertise to work on exceptional projects. Reporting to the Foreman, you will be responsible for installing, connecting, and repairing electrical and electronic systems aboard ships. You will read and interpret plans, connect components, assemble connectors, install cable trays, perform electrical penetration sealing, and diagnose faults. You will also participate in equipment commissioning and provide the necessary technical support.
You must be available for all shifts. While we consider your schedule preferences (day, evening, weekend) when creating schedules, they cannot be guaranteed.
At Davie, we know that moving is a big change. To welcome you to the region, we offer a relocation allowance for unionized production and maintenance employees: up to $2,500 for a single person or couple, and $4,000 for a family. Full details will be discussed during the hiring process. We want your arrival to be simple and worthy of this new beginning.
Davie looks forward to meeting you.
