Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our global team, specializing in sourcing and placing top IT talent for our Fortune 500 clients. This role demands a strong understanding of technology, superior English communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Sourcing and Engagement :Identify and attract high-calibre IT professionals through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet client demands.End-to-End Recruitment :Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Client Collaboration :Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand specific talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes.Market Intelligence :Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.Leverage insights to refine sourcing strategies and enhance competitive advantage.Operational Excellence :Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.Required Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :A minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.Proven success in working with Fortune 500 clients is highly desirable.Technical Acumen :Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Ability to engage in technical discussions with candidates and stakeholders.Communication Proficiency :Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.Tools and Systems :Proficiency with ATS platforms, Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Key Attributes for Success :
