Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our global team, specializing in sourcing and placing top IT talent for our Fortune 500 clients. This role demands a strong understanding of technology, superior English communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing and Engagement :
  • Identify and attract high-calibre IT professionals through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet client demands.
  • End-to-End Recruitment :
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Client Collaboration :
  • Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand specific talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence :
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.
  • Leverage insights to refine sourcing strategies and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.
  • Proven success in working with Fortune 500 clients is highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen :
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Communication Proficiency :
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tools and Systems :
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
