What you’ll do here :
Crafting human-centered experiences that help achieve business objectives.
Giving a voice to our customers by leveraging user-centric design practices and being an advocate for data-driven design.
Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging digital features and functionality.
Actively participate in creative brainstorming with other UX / UI Designers and product teams.
Assess and optimize feature performance with customers, analytics, and design research.
Work across cross-functional agile teams, including product, engineering, research, copywriting, marketing, to design customer experiences and internal processes.
Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.
Create all assets to effectively conceptualize, communicate, and deliver the user experience, while working closely with developers for seamless execution.
Present work to various stakeholders
What you bring to the table :
Currently pursuing a university degree in graphic design or related field
Available to work with us 35 hours per week for Fall 2024 ( September 3 – December 13 )
Available to work from the office 2 days a week (and 3 from home)
Must be returning to school in Winter 2025 following your internship
You are currently completing a university degree in graphic design or a related field
Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC product family and customer experience mapping tools;
Creative skills, participation in brainstorm sessions
Beyond creativity, being able to put yourself in “production” mode in order to develop creative concepts.
Have an analytical and problem-solving mind;
Have autonomy and a good sense of responsibility;
Have ease in facilitating activities with groups;
Bilingualism is ESSENTIAL (French and English)
